A General Meeting will be held on Monday, November 15th at 8:00pm at the Piedmont Club.  Cider and donuts will be served.

With the end of the boating season fast approaching, this is to remind you that all boats and brackets must be off the docks by November 1, 2004.  This includes canoes, kayaks and other small boats on club property.  Fines will be incurred for non compliance.

Finally!  The deck expansion has been approved by all parties.  We hope to repair the existing deck and add the new one by opening day next year.

Another piece of good news!  Dues and fees will remain the same for 2005.

However, the land issue is still outstanding.  The RTM meeting on October 19th did not pass as there was not a quorum to vote the measure.

The Executive Committee has investigated various methods of protecting the piles and docks from ice damage, but a decision has yet to be made.

The Officers extend their thanks to Jim Baker and his staff for providing such great service throughout the year.  Without their help and cheerful assistance, our club would not be the great place for fun, fishing and entertainment that it is.

In closing, let us all hope for a short and mild winter!

Sincerely,

Tom Williams, Commodore
