Dear Fellow Members: A General Meeting will be held on Monday, February 7th at 8:00 PM at thePiedmont Club. The Small Boat Shop will put on a display of new products. Bring a family member. The RTM meets on Monday, January 24th to vote on our land addition. If you are waiting for a place to put your kayak, canoe or sailfish you should let your representative know why we want the land. A quick summary: We lease our land from the town and desire to add the 80 ft. of additional land to allow more racks to be built for people on the waiting lists. Additionally, we have agreed to assist the Parks and Recreation Dept. to monitor the area in front of the fence where boats to reach moorings are stored. The deck expansion is finished and work is being done on the repair of the boat ramp.
