Here’s what’s happening,
On September 28th we held our last 2014 picnic. It was a beautiful day and a nice turn out….Again, many thanks to Marty Milewski and the volunteers who made this happen.
The 2014 meeting will be held at 7pm on Monday, November 3rd. There will be a brief meeting to vote on the 2015 slate of Executive Board Officers and a summary of 2014 highlights. The intent is to enjoy the evening and as such free beer, wine, soft drinks and substantial hors d’oeuvres will be served.
As a reminder, all slips, racks, & lockers must be vacated by November 2nd @ 5pm. Slip holders will need to remove their Frog Hooks, but the hardware mounted to the docks can remain. Failure to do the above will result in fines and or loss of privileges.
In order to better understand the needs of our members, an electronic survey was sent out via email to our members. If you did not receive the invitation through email, please contact Paul Johnson at email@example.com
The plan is to complete dock and ramp repairs before the club closing on Sunday November 2nd and as always we ask for your patience & cooperation in this regard.
A nominal 5% fee increase will be added for slips and lockers for the 2015 boating season.
Todd Scallen, our new house and grounds chairperson will head a committee to develop a plan to continue to pursue the dock expansion project. Previously driven by Art Morris, an "all hands" meeting will be held in early 2015 as part of the 'next steps'
