1) Payment of invoices is due by Feb 1. You should have received an invoice by e-mail on December 26. If you have a problem and need help with the Online Mooring site to either verify your services or pay your invoice, please contact Club Manager Bill Lowitz at 203-655-1927 and leave a message. He will return calls as promptly as possible. Please be reminded that Slip paperwork is NOT due, and should not be sent at this time. We will start collecting that paperwork in March and April.

2) Dates have been set for 2018 Picnics and the Lobster Bake. Picnics will be on 6/3/18, 7/8/18. and 8/12/18. The Lobster Bake will be held on 9/15/18.

3) Darien Boat Club has a Group Membership at Boat US which entitles our members to a discounted membership renewal. Be sure to type in Darien Boat Club Co-op Group # GA84802B when renewing to get the discount.

4) Please join us for the next General Meeting on Wednesday February 7, at 8:00pm at the Piedmont Club which will include the following Agenda items:

- A brief review of results of the 2018 member survey (a very special thanks to the 295 members who took the time to respond and shared their thoughts and ideas). Note we received a lot of good questions and suggestions. We will be using those responses to compile a new FAQ section for the website, and hope to have an action plan to implement some of the suggestions to share with you in the May General Meeting.

- A brief review of the bi-annual audit of our Financial Procedures (a special thanks to member Chris Stack who facilitated the audit).

- A lecture on "The Norwalk Islands, Their Secrets and Stories" by guest speaker Rick Delfosse of Rex Marine Center.
